1. About SMM4X

SMM4X is an SMM panel that provides access to third-party social media marketing services, including followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers and related engagement options. Available platforms, prices and service details can change and are shown in the dashboard.

SMM4X is not Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram, X or any other social network, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Their rules, algorithms and technical systems remain outside our control.

2. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use SMM4X for a business or client, you confirm that you have authority to act for them.

• Provide accurate account and payment information.
• Order only for public profiles or content that you own, manage or are authorised to promote.
• Do not create accounts through automated or deceptive means.

3. Your account and security

You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity performed through your account. Use a strong, unique password and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

SMM4X will never ask for the password, recovery code or two-factor code of your social media account. Services should require only the public link or username described in the listing.

4. Services and orders

Each order is governed by the service information displayed when it is placed, including link format, minimum and maximum quantity, price, estimated start or delivery time, and any stated refill or cancellation terms. Review those details before confirming an order.

You are responsible for submitting the correct public link and keeping the target accessible while an order is active. An incorrect, private, deleted, restricted or changed target may delay or prevent delivery. Orders may be difficult or impossible to redirect after processing begins.

Start and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Do not place overlapping orders for the same target unless the listing clearly allows it, because providers may not be able to measure the results separately.

5. Results, drops and platform risk

SMM4X does not promise organic reach, sales, revenue, verification, search ranking or permanent engagement. Counts may change or be removed, and a social platform may limit content or take action against an account.

A refill applies only when it is expressly included in the chosen service and requested within the displayed period and conditions. No refill or retention promise should be assumed when it is not stated in the listing.

6. Pricing, payments and account funds

Current prices, currencies, fees, funding methods and minimum amounts are shown in the dashboard and may change without affecting an already accepted order. A payment is credited only after it has been confirmed through the applicable payment process.

Account funds are intended for purchases on SMM4X. Any refund, cancellation, credit or reversal is subject to the relevant service status, the terms displayed for that service, the payment method rules and applicable law. Contact support with the order or transaction reference if you believe there is an error.

7. Acceptable use

You must use SMM4X lawfully and responsibly. We may reject an order, restrict access or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or third parties.

• Do not use services for harassment, impersonation, fraud, unlawful activity or harmful misinformation.
• Do not target content without the owner’s permission, submit illegal content or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Do not scrape, probe, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the website, dashboard, API or security controls.
• Do not make false payment claims, abuse chargebacks, manipulate balances or resell services with deceptive guarantees.

8. Suspension and termination

We may pause orders or suspend or close an account for a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, security risk, legal requirement or activity that could harm SMM4X or another person. Where practical, we will review a genuine dispute submitted with relevant evidence.

Termination does not remove obligations that arose before termination. Treatment of any remaining balance will depend on the reason for termination, transaction history, applicable payment rules and law.

9. Intellectual property

The SMM4X name, logo, website design, original text and software are owned by or licensed to SMM4X and may not be copied or exploited without permission. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

You keep your rights in information you submit. You give SMM4X the limited permission needed to use the submitted public link, username and instructions to process the order and provide support.

10. Availability and liability

SMM4X is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, a particular delivery time or a specific commercial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMM4X is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational damage or action taken by a third-party platform. For a claim directly related to a paid order, our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for that affected order.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. The competent courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction over disputes that cannot be resolved directly.

Before starting a formal claim, please email contact@smm4x.com with your account email, order or transaction reference and a clear description of the issue so both sides can try to resolve it.

12. Changes and general terms

We may update these Terms when services, risks or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the website, dashboard or account email where appropriate.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement between you and SMM4X about use of the website and dashboard.
